The Forcefield Chest Protector is designed for use with the Forcefield Back Protector, but can be used without it.  It comes with 2 sets of straps; 1 set for use with the Forcefield Back Protector, and 1 set for use as a stand-alone chest protector.

• The waist strap with attached shoulder straps encircles the torso and fastens to the velcro on the front of the chest protector, the shoulder straps also fasten to the velcro on the front of the chest protector.  See below:

• Option 1:
  First attach the chest protector per the instructions above.  Then put on the back protector.

• Option 2:
  First attach the back protector, then using the shorter straps (included with the chest protector) - attach one end to the chest and the other end loops through the buckle on the Forcefield Back Protector on each side where the Forcefield back protector shoulder strap is attached on the middle of the back protector.  See photo below.  In this application the torso/shoulder strap provided with the chest protector is not used.
